At the Combat Sports International Training Facility,
there will be classes available to all members with varied skill
levels and beginners are encouraged to participate. Boxing,
Wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Submission wrestling
and Strength & Conditioning are just some of that classes that
will be offered. Women's only classes will be offered in the
future. All classes are taught by expert trainers in the field.
